Y509 was in Grandview CMR's Denver 2012 Grand Champion pen of 3 bulls. Mr Maternal passed on his great muscle mass and pigmentation to Y509. He has 100% eye and scrotal pigment and a lot of freckles. As no semen can be sold on Mr Maternal, this is one of the few opportunities to influence your herd with this great genetic package. Y509's dam, is one of the best 832W daughters ever. She is the dam of greats like Patriot, Kootenay, Ginger Gal and many more throughout Canada and the United States. Y509 has the depth, huge rib, great muscle, and overall capacity it takes to be a lead sire in today's Hereford breed. Y509 has a moderate 83 pound birth weight, and is siring low birth weight calves.
